Who I Am

A psychological counsellor with a Master's degree in Counselling, practising in both French and English in Zurich and online. My work is shaped by a genuine curiosity about the human experience and a deep commitment to providing a safe, accepting space for all my clients.

My own experience of living across different countries and cultures has given me first-hand insight into the disorientation and richness of life in transition. This personal journey informs my work with expats, international families, and anyone navigating questions of identity and belonging.

My Approach to Counselling

I practise primarily from a person-centred perspective, which means I believe you are the expert on your own life. My role is not to give advice or direct you towards particular outcomes, but to offer the conditions β€” unconditional positive regard, empathy, and authenticity β€” in which meaningful growth becomes possible.

I draw flexibly on other evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), mindfulness-based techniques, and psychoeducation, tailoring my approach to what is most useful for you in any given moment.

"I believe that within every person lies the capacity to flourish β€” and that the right support, at the right time, can unlock that potential."

My Specialisms

Over the course of my training and practice, I have developed particular expertise in three interconnected areas:

  • Life transitions and identity β€” supporting people through the major shifts that reshape who we are
  • ADHD and neurodiversity β€” moving from deficit-based thinking to strengths-based living
  • Digital literacy and technology wellbeing β€” navigating the psychological impacts of our digital world

Professional Memberships & Ethics

I am a registered member of the SGfB (Schweizer Gesellschaft fΓΌr Beratung), the ACA (Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy), and the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). I adhere to all three organisations' codes of ethics and engage in regular supervision and continuing professional development.

All sessions are fully confidential. As a member of these professional bodies, I operate within a clear ethical framework designed to protect your wellbeing and our therapeutic relationship.

A Bilingual Practice

I offer counselling in both English and French. For many of my clients, being able to explore their inner world in their first language β€” or in the language that best captures a particular experience β€” makes a profound difference. You are welcome to switch between languages within sessions if that feels most natural to you.
