Why Counselling
Counselling offers a confidential, supportive space to explore your thoughts and feelings โ and to build the inner resources you need to thrive.
What to Expect
Many people come to counselling feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about who they are or what they want. You don't need to be in crisis to seek support โ counselling is for anyone who wants to understand themselves more deeply and live more fully.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and non-judgemental. Together we create a space where you can explore what matters to you, at your own pace, without fear of being judged or told what to do.
Drawing on evidence-based modalities including person-centred therapy, cognitive behavioural techniques, and mindfulness, I tailor every session to your specific needs and goals.
Areas of Focus
Life's major transitions โ relocating to a new country, becoming a parent, changing careers, navigating adolescence โ can shake our sense of who we are. These moments can feel disorienting, even when they're also exciting.
I specialise in helping people bridge the gap between who they were and who they are becoming. Whether you're an expat finding your footing in Switzerland, a young adult figuring out your values, or someone in the middle of a major life change, I offer compassionate, culturally sensitive support.
Living with ADHD or neurodivergence in a world designed for neurotypical minds can be exhausting. Too often, the focus is on what's "wrong" โ when the truth is that ADHD comes with remarkable strengths alongside its challenges.
I work with neurodivergent clients from a strengths-based perspective, helping you move away from self-criticism and towards strategies that actually work for your brain. This includes executive functioning support, emotional regulation, relationships, and self-esteem.
We are living through an unprecedented technological transformation. Artificial intelligence, social media, and constant connectivity are reshaping how we work, relate, and understand ourselves.
I offer expert guidance at the intersection of psychology and technology โ helping individuals, families, and organisations navigate digital life in a way that supports, rather than undermines, psychological health and human connection.
The Process
A 15-minute conversation to explore your needs, answer your questions, and see whether we're a good fit โ with no obligation to proceed.
We take time to understand your background, your goals, and what you're hoping to gain from counselling. This session is all about you.
Sessions are typically 50 minutes, weekly or fortnightly. We regularly review progress together to ensure the work remains meaningful to you.
It takes courage to reach out. I'm here to make that as easy as possible.
